Our goal at the "Adasat" application is to ensure your satisfaction with our services.
Conditions for Retrieval or Replacement:
Please inform us of your wish to initiate a retrieval or replacement within five days from the date of receiving your order.
The product to be retrieved or replaced should be in its original state, including the original sealing.
If you are located outside the State of Kuwait, you are responsible for covering the full shipping costs when returning products to our main store in Kuwait.
In the case of replacing a product with a new one, you will be responsible for the full shipping costs.
Initiating a Retrieval or Replacement:
To return products to "Adasat," follow these simple steps:
Contact our Customer Service at (+965 22282990) to request a retrieval appointment and select the place of delivery. Our delivery employee will collect the retrieved parcel from you.
Once we receive your request, we will immediately begin the retrieval process. You will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of retrieval for the refunded amount to be credited to your account.
Retrieval and Replacement Timelines:
The retrieval process will commence within 24 hours of receiving your request. However, the time required to return the balance to your account may vary depending on your issuing bank. We recommend contacting your issuing bank for specific details.
