Replacement and retrieval policy:

Our goal in “Adasat” application is your satisfaction with our services.

The following conditions must apply in the case of retrieval or replacement:

1. The client must inform us of his wish to switch or retrieval within five days from the date of receiving of the order.

2. The product that is wanted to be retrieved or replaced should be in its original state also in its original closing seal.

3. Recovered products should return to the main store in Kuwait, if the customer is from outside the State of Kuwait, the customer has to take the full responsibility of shipping costs.

 4. In the case of replacing of the product with a new one the customer will take the full responsibility of the shipping costs.

Please contact the customer service center within two working days since the delivery of the order to return the product.

To return products to "Adasat" you must follow the following simple steps:

Contact us at Customer Service (+965 22282990) and ask for appointment of retrieval and select the place of delivery. And the delivery employee will receive the parcel recovered from you.

We will start the implementation of the recovery process immediately upon the arrival of the request, and we will send you a confirmation by e-mail, so kindly wait for 2-3 weeks from the date of retrieval of the package to send the amount paid back to your account.

Retrieval and replacement:

 What is the expected time to return the balance of your recovered products? Once received, the process of recovering the product will take 24hrs. The time required differs to return the balance to your account, according to the issuing bank, please communicate with the issuing bank for details.

When you request to replace the product, it will be executed with one step, with a new request for the new products required for replacement.
